Dining at Sweetwater Bay
The restaurant is open guests staying on site 7 nights per week. Please indicate when booking your suite which evening(s) you wish to dine with us.
The restaurant is open to guests whom are not staying on site for reservations Thursday - Sunday.
Thursday & Friday - one seating at 6 pm
Saturdays - two seating with one at 5 pm and one at 7:30 pm
Sundays - one seating at 6 pm
Reservations are required. Reservations must be made on the RESY app.
We can not accommodate groups of more then 6 people during regular dinner service. If you have a group of more then 6 persons and you wish to inquire about booking the entire restaurant please email info@sweetwaterbay.ca. These can only be accommodated on very select evenings.
Meet The Chef
Greetings, my name is Sander and I’m at your service.
With over four decades spent in the culinary world, my journey began humbly, under the tutelage of my father in his kitchen at the age of ten. Creating and crafting fresh, flavorful dishes has always been my passion.
Assuming the role of head chef at SweetWater Bay fills me with gratitude and excitement. It's a privilege to have the opportunity to experiment with ingredients and share my ideas and creativity.
Allow me to shed light on our approach at Sweetwater Bay: due to our kitchen's limited space, we've opted to offer dinner service at a specific time. This ensures that we can devote our full attention to each dish, its quality and presentation. Therefore, we kindly request that guests arrive promptly for their scheduled seating, allowing us to maintain the rhythm of our service and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Upon your arrival, our dedicated team will extend a warm welcome, guiding you through our menu, while enjoying the first sips of an expertly crafted cocktail.
Once your order is placed, we will begin with fresh bread and appetizers that will leave you with expectancy for what is yet to come.
With culinary adventure as our intent, we will fire the mains that have been carefully crafted with flavours from all over the world and will prove to be the crescendo of your experience. Finally, we offer a delightful array of desserts that will leave you with satisfaction and savouring your time with us.
